Gov. Thomas Dudley is embarrassed by a traffic altercation.

When two farmers in a cart refuse to yield to make way for the carriage of Gov. Dudley, he leaps out and draws his sword. The farmers throw him to the ground and break his sword. Dudley has the men arrested, but the local court refuses to prosecute them.
